This website is operated by The Sapper Company LLC, a veteran-owned business registered in Oregon. All users must comply with applicable U.S. laws and regulations.

Products & Services

  • Products include survival gear, first aid kits, and refill services.
     
  • We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate, but minor variations may occur.
     
  • Refill services are offered on a one-time or subscription basis, subject to availability.
     

Orders & Payments

  • All prices are listed in USD.
     
  • Payments are processed securely via approved payment gateways.
     
  • Orders are confirmed once payment is received.
     

Shipping & Returns

  • Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer.
     
  • Returns are accepted within 30 days if unused and in original packaging.
     
  • Consumables (food, water, opened first aid supplies) and custom orders are not eligible for return.
     
  • Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after inspection of returned items.
     

Limitation of Liability

The Sapper Company LLC is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the use or misuse of products. All products should be used according to manufacturer guidelines and safety instructions.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, with exclusive jurisdiction in Washington County courts.

At The Sapper Company LLC, we stand behind the quality of our gear. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll do our best to make it right. Please read the policy below for information on returns, exchanges, and refunds.

🔁 Returns

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging
     
  • You must request a return within 30 days of the delivery date
     
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
     

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened food or water products (e.g., MREs, emergency rations)
     
  • Used or modified gear
     
  • Custom or special-order items
     
  • Gift cards or downloadable content
     

💵 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund
     
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
     

Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If your return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item or defect), we’ll cover return shipping.

If you received a defective or damaged item, or need to exchange for a different size or variant, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

🚚 Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless:

  • The item was incorrect, defective, or damaged upon arrival
     

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with:

  • A description of the damage
     
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
     
  • Your order number
     

We’ll work quickly to replace or refund your order.
